She has spent over thirty years providing exemplary customer service to both local and international businesses. Before joining Nexa Corporate Services Inc. (previously J. W. Business Services Inc.), Marcia worked as a Corporate Administrator for over 6 years. 

Marcia has worked in the international business sector for over 14 years, which has resulted in a vast improvement in her problem solving and cultural skills. She also has a passion for excellent customer service, as understands that the customer is the single most valued asset an organization can have.
