Junior Corporate Administrator
Job Function
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of shareholder and director meetings.
- Assisting with drafting minutes and written resolutions in lieu of meetings.
- Updating and maintaining the internal filing system and corporate binders.
- Assisting with the periodic review of corporate records to ensure completeness.
- Assisting with onboarding and ongoing AML procedures as well as updating and maintaining Silo.
- Assisting with the preparation of engagement letters and the request for billings.
Specifications and Experience
- 2 to 3 years work experience in corporate secretarial administration role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using Silo would be an asset.
- A positive work attitude, good interpersonal skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
