Junior Corporate Administrator

Job Function

  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of shareholder and director meetings.
  • Assisting with drafting minutes and written resolutions in lieu of meetings.
  • Updating and maintaining the internal filing system and corporate binders.
  • Assisting with the periodic review of corporate records to ensure completeness.
  • Assisting with onboarding and ongoing AML procedures as well as updating and maintaining Silo.
  • Assisting with the preparation of engagement letters and the request for billings.

Specifications and Experience

  • 2 to 3 years work experience in corporate secretarial administration role.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Silo would be an asset.
  • A positive work attitude, good interpersonal skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
